I can’t reiterate how beautifully done this movie is. Whereas truthfully I didn’t really like Makoto Shinkai’s other works, I have to say that this is definitely a masterpiece. The emotions involved are so pure and sincere, and the animation is able to convey it through the characters.

5 Centimeters per Second is anime at its finest. If you haven’t seen it yet, do yourself a favor.
